Oral functions such as mastication and swallowing play an important role in maintaining and improving national health and quality of life, and there is a growing need to restore these functions in today's aging society. In our laboratory, we are engaged in the following basic and clinical research to promote studies that lead to the elucidation and prevention of pathological conditions and the development of new treatment methods for disorders and diseases that are directly related to clinical practice.
